The USPTO sets its own filing fee (from $350 per class) which goes directly to the government, not to us. We keep it separate so our service fee is fully transparent and you can see exactly where every dollar goes.

No. All three packages are one-time service fees. The monitoring included with the Standard and Professional packages runs for its stated term and does not auto-renew; ongoing monitoring is available separately at $175 per quarter, cancellable anytime.

Yes. You can start with a search or a registration and add monitoring, attorney review, or office action support whenever you need it.

If we haven't yet filed and you change your mind, we'll refund our service fee. Government fees paid to the USPTO are non-refundable once submitted.
